General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital streaming services (IPTV), once a subscription is activated and login details are delivered to the customer, we generally cannot offer refunds. The subscription is considered a consumed digital service upon activation.

Accepted Refund Cases

We value our customers and strive for their satisfaction. Therefore, we issue refunds ONLY in the following exceptional cases:

• Inability on our part to activate the service or send login details after a successful payment.
• A massive, global technical failure on our servers that our technical support team cannot resolve within 48 hours of reporting.

To avoid issues related to your internet quality or device compatibility, we always offer trial periods. We highly recommend requesting a "Free Trial" to fully test the service before paying for an actual subscription.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above conditions, please contact us via email, attaching your order number, proof of payment, and a detailed explanation of the technical issue.

Processing Time & Method

Approved refund requests are reviewed and processed within 3 to 7 business days. Funds will be returned exclusively to the original payment method used during the purchase (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
